Our support staff members serve in a variety of ways throughout the center. 

A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind and touches a heart!

Amy Boogher

Amy is a graduate of Dallastown High School and has an Elementary Education degree from York College. When she is not working at Stillmeadow, she is a substitute teacher in the public schools. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and family in her free time. Amy joined our staff in 2014 working in various positions around the center.

Roxanne Byrd

Roxanne joined our staff in 2012 as our Assistant Cook. She has 3 children and 1 grandchild. Roxanne also works with our Preschool Department in the afternoons.

Cathy Smith

Cathy joined our staff in 1995. She and her husband, Gregg, have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys music, reading, crocheting, singing and playing with her 2 dogs. Cathy works as our afternoon receptionist.

Alicia Hoch

Alicia has worked in childcare since 2007, joining Stillmeadow in 2017.  She and her husband, Zach, have 1 child, Oliver.  Alicia graduated from Millersville and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations.  Alicia enjoys spending time with family, kayaking, shopping and going to the beach.

Heather Swadley

Heather is an undergraduate student at Millersville University.  She is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education with a minor in Psychology.  She enjoys photography, meteor showers, fishing, and spending time with her family.  Heather joined our staff in 2017.  

Lisa Yorkston

Lisa was born in England, but has lived in the states since 1996.  She has 4 children.  Lisa has worked in childcare centers for over 10 years, teaching babies to pre-kindergarten.  Lisa joined our staff in 2008.

Robin Kirby

Robin graduated from Hanover High School and has been employed in various positions at Stillmeadow since 1997, most recently as our head cook.  Robin and her husband have 3 sons and 1 daughter.  Robin is pursuing her Associates degree in accounting.  She enjoys watching her sons sporting events and scrapbooking.  Robin is a huge fan of Bon Jovi and the Philadelphia Soul.  

Thelma Kramer

Thelma is a mother of 2 as well as a Grandmother.  When her children were young, she operated a home child care center.  Thelma is excited to be working with young children again and is ready for this new chapter in her life.  Thelma joined our staff in November 2017.

Lisa Rohrbaugh

Lisa originally started with our center right out of high school in 1974. After leaving to start her career after finishing college, Lisa returned to be our financial assistant.  She is now one of our part time receptionists.  She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.

Holly Gingerich

Holly is a kind, detail oriented person who loves spending time with young children.  She enjoys teaching new things, reading to them and seeing their expressions.  She loves to see them in their own environmental situations with other children.  Holly joined our staff in 2018.

Linda Howlett

Linda is a mother to three handsome sons and two beautiful daughters.  She grew up with a down syndrome brother and spent many years working with the Special Olympics.  She had taught preschool for years, then made a big change.  Linda now teaches 9-12th graders at the LIU York Learning Center Autistic Support.  She says she is very blessed to be working with these wonderful students.  Linda joins our staff in the afternoons and is blessed to be back at Stillmeadow.  Linda loves working with children, loves country music, singing, dancing and working out.
